| In the newly established CROS NT subsidiary based in Germany, Frank serves as Vice President and assumes the responsibility for the establishment, development and administration of CROS NT Group business in German-speaking regions. He brings over 21 years of experience in clinical research to CROS NT’s German division. Included in his experience are 14 years of leading Biometric teams for pan-European and global CROs in Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Greece, the Czech Republic and India. His previous roles include Vice President of Global Biostatistics & Programming at SIRO Group, Head Biostatistics Europe for Omega Mediation Clinical Research Services, Senior Contract Biostatistician for Merck Serono International and Director of Biometrics Europe & India for Chiltern International. Frank also has therapeutic area experience in the fields of neurology and oncology, respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic and infectious disease from Phase I to Phase IV to non-interventional studies. He graduates from the University of Dortmund in Germany with a degree in Statistics. Associations: International Biometric Society, German Region. |

| Joining CROS NT’s German subsidiary, Thomas brings his experience and expertise from Estimate GmbH, a German CRO specializing in statistical services. At CROS DE, he assumes the responsibility of leading operations, strategic planning and corporate development of CROS NT’s pharmaceutical and biotechnology business. Thomas has been working in the field of clinical trials since 1980, bringing his experience of project team management, statistical analysis and written statistical reports of clinical trials to CROS DE. Throughout his career, he also collaborated with clinical partners on approximately 70 publications. He is a graduate of the Technical University Munich in Germany with a degree in Information Research. Some of his additional training includes Design, Analyses and Overview of Randomized Trials (European School of Oncology), Quantitative Methods in Epidemiology (GSF Munich), Adaptive Designs (University of Vienna), Non-inferiority trials (IDV GmbH) and Generalized Estimating Equations (University of Reading UK).
