| As the General Manager of Cros NT, Paolo carries over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as both a Statistician and a Director of Biometrics, involved in the CROS organization since 1997. He is a graduate of Padua University in Padova, Italy with a degree in Statistics. Until 2009, Paolo taught Master degree level Biostatistics at Bologna University, and is currently a professor teaching 2nd degree level statistics. Paolo is also council Member at EFSPI (European Federation of Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry). Associations: BIAS (Italian Association of Biostatisticians), DIA (Drug Information Association), SSFA (Society for Applied Pharmacological Sciences), OCUG (Oracle Clinical Users Group), AFI (Associazione Farmaceutici dell’Industria), PSI (Statisticians in the Pharmaceutical Industry Limited). |

| Gianni holds the position as Head of Finance and Administration and HR Manager with Cros NT since 2003. Prior to joining Cros NT, Gianni served on the Board of Directors for several companies. Gianni also has experience in several Research and Selection companies. He has also worked as a financial consultant. Gianni has his EMBA (Executive Master in Business Administration) from Alma Graduate School in the Business School of Bologna University. He has extensive international experience having visited more than 50 countries for both work and leisure. |
