Andrew began his working life in the Royal Air Force, working in Air Traffic Control for ten years before making the move to the clinical trials business where he has nearly fifteen years of experience. His first role was at IBAH (now Omnicare) where he worked in a technical capacity in both the Statistics and Clinical Data Management departments. From there he moved to Statwood where he implemented a new Clinical Data Management System and worked within the Clinical Data Management group specializing in Tropical Diseases. His next post saw him take on a team leader role at CroMedica (now PRA) where he managed the database programming groups in both Canada and the UK. He was then appointed as a Director at Datatrial, where he worked in both an operational and commercial capacity helping the company expand its service offering and taking its products into the USA. 

In his final role before joining CROS, Andrew worked at Quanticate and helped their expansion in a number of countries. Of note, he moved to the USA and spent two years there establishing an operational presence in Boston.

Andrew is known for his passion for excellent customer service and his consultative approach when working with both new and existing customers. He has studied Business Administration at Walden University, holds an MBA from the University of Newcastle and is currently studying Law at the Open University.
